1) The number of pallets or crates shipping, along with the weight and dimensions for each. (ie – for each unit shipping we need to have for a fair and accurate quote- length x width x height in inches and weight for each pallet and total number of units.
2) A Description of what is shipping, including the Freight class, and the value.
3) Pick up destination- Address if known, (OR CITY, STATE AND ZIP) and if they have any lift gate or other special requirements.

6) What is your shipment’s Value and if the goods are new or used. Would you like a Cargo Insurance Quote? (Optional but recommended)
Some of our customers have been very interested in Cargo Insurance. Every shipment is different, therefore please provide as much detail in your Quote for Freight and for Cargo Insurance both- Including your shipments Value (amount paid for on your invoice, and very important – If your shipment is NEW or Used goods. Just as many 3rd Party Logistics or Freight Shipping Companies do, we offer Cargo Insurance with a Company that insures Cargo- and is not the carrier.
